As the branding partner for this development, Univers created a campaign for Clifton House to connect with affluent local owner-occupiers through an attitude of ‘natural luxury’; riffing off the unique qualities this pocket of Clifton Hill provides and the high-end elegance of the development.
This strategic direction played out across an extensive set of touchpoints; encompassing display suite, out-of-home ads, teaser and full websites, email marketing and a slew of printed take-aways.
